PRODUCTION TIME
Every STAMPED piece is cast and finished by hand in NYC. Production 
takes 5–7 business days from the time you place your order.

SHIPPING TIME
After production, shipping times are:
— United States: 2–5 business days (Free over $150, $6.95 under)
— Canada: 5–10 business days ($14.95)
— International: 7–14 business days ($19.95)

All orders ship with USPS, insured for full value. Orders over $200 
require signature on delivery.

TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your piece ships. 
Allow 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at 
hello@stampedgold.com and we will work with USPS to locate it or 
remake your piece at no charge.

NO DELIVERY GUARANTEES
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to carrier variability. 
For time-sensitive orders (gifts, events), please order at least 3 weeks 
in advance.
