REFUND POLICY · STAMPED

Because every STAMPED nameplate is made to order with your specific name, 
we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. This policy 
is standard for custom jewelry.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your piece arrives damaged, or if we made an error in the spelling or 
metal type, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@stampedgold.com 
with a photo of the issue. We will remake your piece at no charge or 
issue a full refund — your choice.

NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Non-personalized items (gift cards, accessories) can be returned within 
14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in 
original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

PROCESSING TIME
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned 
item or approving a remake request.
